1. Contract and eligibility
By creating an account, selecting a paid plan or using SiteAirbag, you agree to these Terms. You confirm that you are at least 18, can bind the customer identified at checkout, and control or are authorized to manage every protected website. SiteAirbag is supplied by the business identified as the seller on the applicable Paddle checkout and receipt; Paddle acts as merchant of record for paid transactions.
2. The service
SiteAirbag observes configured website actions using minimized technical signals, learns healthy behavior, and may show customer-configured fallback options after conservative failure evidence. SiteAirbag is not an uptime monitor, payment processor, CRM, emergency service, or guarantee that every failure will be detected or every visitor request will result in a sale, booking, refund, cancellation or other outcome.
The runtime is designed to fail open: if SiteAirbag cannot load or communicate, it should not cancel, replace or delay the original website action. Certain browser, content-security, network, platform or customer-site conditions can prevent detection or rescue.
3. Customer responsibilities
You must install and configure SiteAirbag lawfully, keep fallback details accurate, test after material website changes, protect account credentials, maintain your original website and business processes, and respond to deliberately submitted rescue requests. You are responsible for the content and legal basis of your website and for providing an appropriate visitor privacy notice.
- Do not configure or solicit passwords, payment-card or financial-account details, government identifiers, health information, authentication codes, private keys or other secrets.
- Do not use SiteAirbag on a domain, client site or data flow without authority.
- Do not represent a rescue as a completed transaction, guaranteed conversion, revenue or confirmed appointment.
4. Plans, billing and renewal
Plans are billed monthly in USD and renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes may be added at Paddle checkout. Plan limits and current prices appear on the Pricing page and at checkout. Paid access is provisioned from verified Paddle events and may be restricted when a subscription is cancelled, paused or materially overdue.
You may cancel from Billing through Paddle's customer portal. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period unless mandatory law requires otherwise. You retain access through that period, and the subscription does not renew afterward.
5. No-refund policy
Payments are non-refundable and non-creditable. We do not provide discretionary, prorated or partial refunds for unused time, failure to install, configuration choices, lack of detected incidents, or cancellation during a billing period. This rule does not exclude refunds that cannot lawfully be excluded or remedies that Paddle must provide under its Buyer Terms or applicable consumer law. See the Cancellation and No-Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use and suspension
The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms. We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect visitors, customers, infrastructure or legal compliance. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy. We may act immediately for credential abuse, unauthorized domains, harmful data collection, security attacks or unlawful use.
7. Data protection
The Privacy Notice explains SiteAirbag's own processing. When SiteAirbag processes customer visitor data on the customer's documented instructions, the Data Processing Addendum applies. The customer remains responsible for its instructions, notices, legal bases and handling of rescue requests.
8. Intellectual property and feedback
SiteAirbag and its software, branding and documentation remain the supplier's property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during an active entitlement. You retain rights in customer content. You may provide feedback, which may be used without identifying you or disclosing confidential information.
9. Confidentiality and security
Each party will use reasonable care to protect the other's non-public information and use it only for the contract. SiteAirbag applies the controls described on the Security page, but no internet service is completely secure. Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@siteairbag.com and do not access data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate an issue.
10. Availability, changes and support
SiteAirbag may change to improve safety, reliability or legal compliance. Material adverse changes will be communicated where reasonably possible. Support is provided through the published support channel and response target; a response target is not a resolution guarantee or service-level agreement.
11. Warranties and disclaimers
The service is provided on an 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded. SiteAirbag does not warrant uninterrupted operation, universal compatibility, error-free detection, recovery of every visitor intent, business revenue, search ranking, or the continued behavior of third-party platforms.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data. SiteAirbag's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to fees paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud or willful misconduct.
13. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify the supplier against third-party claims arising from unauthorized installation, unlawful customer content or instructions, prohibited rescue-field configuration, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by the supplier's breach.
14. Termination and data
You may stop using the service and cancel renewal at any time. We may terminate for material breach after reasonable notice where cure is possible. Data is retained, exported and deleted according to the Privacy Notice, DPA and documented retention schedule; cancelling billing does not itself request immediate account deletion.
15. General
Neither party may assign the contract without the other's consent, except in a merger, reorganization or sale of substantially all relevant assets. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Notices may be delivered electronically to the account email or published support address. Mandatory law and the seller details displayed by Paddle determine the applicable governing-law and dispute provisions for a transaction; non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
