Supabase
Purpose: managed PostgreSQL database, authentication, storage and edge functions. Data: account identifiers, workspace configuration, minimized runtime records and rescue requests. Processing location depends on the selected Supabase project region. Safeguards include provider contractual terms and applicable transfer mechanisms.
Paddle
Purpose: merchant of record, checkout, tax, invoicing, subscription management and payment support. Data: purchaser identity, billing, subscription and transaction data. Paddle acts independently for much of its payment processing; SiteAirbag receives customer, transaction and entitlement identifiers rather than full card details.
Resend
Purpose: transactional and operational email delivery. Data: recipient email address and minimized message content. Rescue notifications contain the request reference and contact details but not arbitrary structured rescue payload.
Sentry
Purpose: application error monitoring and release diagnostics. Data: minimized technical error, route, release and device information. Customer-site visitor input, request bodies and raw browser dumps are not intentionally sent.
PostHog
Purpose: optional SiteAirbag app product analytics only after the configured lawful trigger or consent. Data: minimized app usage events. It is not loaded by the customer-site runtime and is disabled before the required trigger.
